Presenters: 

Amanda Darrow (she/her) is the Executive Director of IncludEd United, a nonprofit that is creating inclusive, equitable, and accepting environments in which all people are treated equally with respect, embracing their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, and/or disability through professional learning and education. 

Benja Cuque (he/him) is the founder of SeTú. A brand that focuses on social work, human development, human rights, and fitness.

Participants will: • Gain cultural competence around LGBTQIA+, Black, Indigenous, People of color (BIPOC), and Immigrants. • Understand systemic barriers, risk and environmental factors for LGBTQIA+, Black, Indigenous, People of Color, and Immigrants on recovery journeys. • Learn strategies to create an anti-racist and inclusive environment in recovery residences and workplaces in Washington.
